中國網(wǎng)訊 第19屆中國—東盟博覽會(huì)、中國—東盟商務(wù)與投資峰會(huì)（以下簡稱東博會(huì)和峰會(huì)）將于2022年9月16日至19日在廣西南寧舉行。現(xiàn)將中外記者報(bào)名參加采訪活動(dòng)的有關(guān)事項(xiàng)通知如下。
一、報(bào)名時(shí)間
從本通知發(fā)布之日至2022年9月11日。
二、食宿及交通安排
記者到南寧采訪，往返交通食宿費(fèi)用自理。會(huì)議期間，組委會(huì)為記者在廣西南寧采訪提供公共交通。經(jīng)確認(rèn)后的記者入住由東博會(huì)和峰會(huì)組委會(huì)推薦的酒店（沃笙酒店，地址：廣西南寧市青秀區(qū)云景路29號，郵編：530025，電話：0771—2260888）。
三、報(bào)名方式

2.報(bào)名時(shí)請將《采訪第19屆中國—東盟博覽會(huì)、中國—東盟商務(wù)與投資峰會(huì)回執(zhí)表》傳真至各組聯(lián)系人,并將回執(zhí)表電子版及記者本人免冠彩色電子照片（JPG格式，240×320像素，50K以內(nèi)）電郵至各組郵箱。
四、其他事項(xiàng)
根據(jù)新冠肺炎疫情防控工作需要，請報(bào)名參加本次采訪的中外媒體記者配合做好疫情防控工作（詳見附件2）。南寧市以外參會(huì)的媒體記者須持48小時(shí)內(nèi)核酸檢測陰性證明、綠色廣西健康碼和行程卡（可掃碼附件中的健康碼、二維碼注冊）進(jìn)入南寧市。在此基礎(chǔ)上，抵達(dá)后24小時(shí)內(nèi)需進(jìn)行一次核酸檢測。9月14日至19日期間，每天在住地酒店免費(fèi)進(jìn)行一次核酸檢測。所有參會(huì)媒體記者首次進(jìn)入會(huì)期活動(dòng)場館須持48小時(shí)內(nèi)核酸檢測陰性證明、綠色廣西健康碼和行程卡。各組聯(lián)系人將于2022年9月9日前聯(lián)系回復(fù)報(bào)名記者，確認(rèn)參會(huì)。

Announcement of Press Coverage of the 19th
China-ASEAN Expo and the China-ASEAN Business and Investment Summit

The 19th China-ASEAN Expo and China-ASEAN Business and Investment Summit (CAEXPO and CABIS) will be held in Nanning, Guangxi from September 16th to September 19th, 2022.
This announcement is for the registration of press coverage of the 19th CAEXPO and CABIS activities. Details are as follows:
I. Registration Time
From the release date of this announcement to September 9th, 2022
II. Accommodation and Transportation Arrangements
The transportation of reaching and leaving Nanning and accommodation expenses for press coverage in Nanning will be borne by the applicants. For the convenience of coverage, the applicants, upon approval, shall stay in the hotel recommended by the 19th CAEXPO and CABIS organizing committee (WO SHENG HOTEL, Address: No. 29, Yunjing Road, Nanning, Guangxi, China, ZIP Code: 530025, Tel: +86-0771-2260888).
During the 19th CAEXPO and CABIS, the organizing committee will provide free transportation between WO SHENG HOTEL and related venues.
III. Application
1. The News and Communication Department of the Organizing Committee is in charge of the application from journalists from Chinese Mainland, Hong Kong, Macao, Taiwan and abroad.

2. Fill in the “Press Coverage Application Form of the 19th CAEXPO and CABIS”, send it to your designated contact through Fax, and e-mail the digital feedback form and your barehead photo in color (JPG，240 x 320, under 50K) to your liaison.
IV. Other Requirements
Applicants from the media shall follow the COVID-19 prevention and control protocols (Attachment 2). From September 16th to September 19th, all media staff members have to provide a negative PCR test result within 48 hours prior to entry into the Exhibition Venue and a Health Declaration Form. Your contact will respond to your application before September 9th, 2022 to confirm your attendance.
