關(guān)于參加第14屆中國(guó)—東盟博覽會(huì)、

中國(guó)—東盟商務(wù)與投資峰會(huì)采訪活動(dòng)的通知

由中國(guó)和東盟10國(guó)經(jīng)貿(mào)主管部門及東盟秘書(shū)處共同主辦，廣西壯族自治區(qū)人民政府承辦的第14屆中國(guó)—東盟博覽會(huì)、中國(guó)—東盟商務(wù)與投資峰會(huì)(以下簡(jiǎn)稱 “兩會(huì)”)定于2017年9月12日—15日在廣西南寧舉行。中國(guó)—東盟“兩會(huì)”期間，中國(guó)和東盟國(guó)家領(lǐng)導(dǎo)人、政要以及政界、工商界人士將出席和參加一系列相關(guān)活動(dòng)。現(xiàn)將記者報(bào)名參加采訪活動(dòng)的有關(guān)事項(xiàng)通知如下：

一、報(bào)名時(shí)間

從本通知發(fā)布之日至2017年8月31日。

二、食宿及交通安排

記者到南寧采訪，往返交通食宿費(fèi)用自理。會(huì)議期間，經(jīng)確認(rèn)后的記者入住由“兩會(huì)”組委會(huì)推薦的酒店（邕州飯店，地址：廣西南寧市民主路18號(hào)，郵政編碼：530012，電話：0771-2101088，傳真：0771-2835268）。

“兩會(huì)”期間，組委會(huì)為記者在廣西采訪提供公共交通。

三、報(bào)名方式

Invitation to the 14^th China-ASEAN Expo & 14^th China-ASEAN Business and Investment Summit

Dear Journalists,

The 14^th China-ASEAN Expo (CAEXPO) and the 14^th China-ASEAN Business and Investment Summit (CABIS), co-sponsored by authorities in charge of economic and trade affairs of China and 10 ASEAN countries as well as the ASEAN Secretariat, organized by the People’s Government of Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region, will be held from 12-15 September, 2017 in Nanning, Guangxi, China. Heads of state/government, and leaders of political, commercial and industrial circles from China and ASEAN countries will attend the events and relevant activities. To better serve media covering the two major events, you are kindly informed of the following issues:

II. Accommodation and Transportation

All expenses of your accommodation and round-trip fares are on your own responsibility. The Organizing Committee recommends qualified journalists after confirmation to check in at the Yongzhou Hotel (Tel: 0771-2101088, Fax: 0771-2835268, Address: No.18 Minzhu Road, Nanning, Guangxi, Zipcode: 530012).

Public transportation will be provided by the Organizing Committee for the coverage  work of journalists in Guangxi during the CAEXPO & CABIS.
