全國(guó)人大常委會(huì)辦公廳擬于2月26日（星期五）下午4時(shí)在人民大會(huì)堂臺(tái)灣廳舉行新聞發(fā)布會(huì)，歡迎中外記者參加。

    2月24日開(kāi)幕的十二屆全國(guó)人大常委會(huì)第十九次會(huì)議正在審議深海海底區(qū)域資源勘探開(kāi)發(fā)法草案。如獲通過(guò)，我們將邀請(qǐng)全國(guó)人大環(huán)資委法案室主任翟勇、全國(guó)人大常委會(huì)法工委經(jīng)濟(jì)法室副主任岳仲明、國(guó)家海洋局副局長(zhǎng)孫書(shū)賢等有關(guān)部門(mén)負(fù)責(zé)人，共同回答與這部法律案有關(guān)的問(wèn)題。

    請(qǐng)有意參加的中外記者，于2月25日下午5時(shí)前，憑本人有效采訪證件向全國(guó)人大常委會(huì)辦公廳新聞局（西城區(qū)前門(mén)西大街1號(hào)）報(bào)名，領(lǐng)取新聞發(fā)布會(huì)請(qǐng)柬和停車(chē)證。

參會(huì)記者憑請(qǐng)柬進(jìn)人民大會(huì)堂北門(mén)，車(chē)輛可憑證停放在人民大會(huì)堂北門(mén)停車(chē)場(chǎng)。

Notice for Press Briefing

Dear Journalists,

You are cordially invited to attend a press briefing held by the General Office of the Standing Committee of the National People’s Congress (NPC) in Taiwan Hall of the Great Hall of the People at 16:00, Friday, February 26, 2016.

The 19th session of the 12th NPC Standing Committee, which started Wednesday, is reviewing the draft law on resource exploration in deep seafloor areas. If the draft is approved by the session, officials from the NPC Environment Protection and Resources Conservation Committee, the Legislative Affairs Commission of the NPC Standing Committee and the State Oceanic Administration will be invited to answer questions from the press over the new law.

You are kindly reminded that there will be no interpretation for the press briefing. Please raise your questions in Chinese.

If interested, you may pick up the invitation letters and parking permits from the Information Bureau of the General Office of the NPC Standing Committee (Address: No.1 Qianmen West Street, Xicheng District) by showing your valid press card before 5:00 p.m., February 25, 2016.

Please show invitation letters to enter the North Gate of the Great Hall of the People and park your cars at the North Gate with the parking permits.
